Choose Your Own Adventure
CIA Buildings offers two paths to bringing your vision to life
Full Service & Completion
We will handle the entire process from start to finish, including design consultation, customization, and full completion of the building, executing on your complete vision.
Quality Shell for Sweat Equity
For rural landowners who prefer to invest their own "sweat equity," we can build the high-quality, durable shell of the building, providing a strong foundation for you to complete and customize the interior as you see fit.

What is a Barndominium?
A barndominium is a modern twist on rural living—a barn-style home built with durable post-frame construction. It blends spacious, open-concept interiors with practical features like oversized garages or workshops.
Barndominiums offer the perfect balance of comfort, functionality, and freedom to live, work and play under one roof.
CIA Bardominiums blend style, strength, and savings.
Cost Savings: Built with efficient materials and streamlined construction, barndominiums deliver more square footage for less, making your budget go further.
Space Optimization: Enjoy wide-open floor plans, soaring ceilings, and flexible layouts that adapt to your lifestyle—whether you need a cozy home, a massive shop, or both.
Enhanced Convenience: Live, work, and store everything in one place. With your living quarters and workspace under one roof, daily life becomes simpler, faster, and more connected.
It’s not just a home—it’s a lifestyle built for you.

Smarter Design. Safer Storage. Better Value.
Keeping your equipment, tools, and workspace under one roof isn’t just convenient—it’s smart. Integrated barndominiums with built-in security systems offer better protection than separate shops, which are more vulnerable to theft and damage. Plus, indoor storage extends the life of your equipment, shielding it from the elements.
At CIA, we don’t just build—we build to last. Our structures are made with durable materials and proven practices that stand up to sun fade, high winds, and heavy snow loads. Our commercial-grade, sealed buildings are also more energy efficient, helping you save on heating and electricity year-round.
Why Choose CIA Buildings for Your Barndominium?
At CIA Buildings, we bring together the best of both worlds—residential comfort and industrial strength—to deliver barndominiums and shop homes that are built to last and tailored to your needs.
