• 32 MPA (4,641PSI) strength concrete.
• 10mm Rebar 16” O/C in both directions.
• Max 6” aggregate compacted. Aggregate customer supplied.
• 1 –24”x 24”x 24” sump, with oil separator and 30’ U Drain
• Concrete cut to max 12’ grid, 25% of thickness.
• Aggregate is placed using laser guided box grader.
• Concrete is placed using laser guided power screed to ensure accuracy
• Concrete is polish finish using ride on power trowels, broom finish for sidewalks and aprons.

• Cladding in 29 ga, 9/36 profile with ¾ rib, Trim is 26 ga.
• BBB Accredited Business, Truss supplier is a WWTA-AB member.
• All workers are covered by W.C.B. and liability insurance.
• 3 year workmanship warranty on building, 1 year on large doors.
We will need you to:
• Supply a copy of building permit when received, call Alberta One-Stop to locate buried
utilities.
• Show our crew any vulnerable features like septic field, culverts, cultivated areas, lawns.
• Prepare a clear, COMPACTED, level site, with adequate future drainage.
• Provide a 20 ft. level space round the building for access, and an area for materials.
• Supply and place any backfill required after construction.
